1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and hs555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hs555 website, mobile-optimised interface and all associated services accessible at hs555.app and its subdomains.

By accessing hs555, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any product offered by the Platform — including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino games, slots, or crash game products — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of hs555 and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the hs555 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and hs555.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. hs555 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform. hs555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of hs555 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident. hs555 does not warrant that its services are legal or available in any particular jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) hs555 account only. Opening duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide truthful, accurate and current information during registration. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. hs555 reserves the right to verify all registration information and to suspend accounts where discrepancies are identified.

2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors and agents of hs555, and immediate family members of the foregoing, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hs555 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hs555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify hs555 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. hs555 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

3.3 Prohibited Activities. You must not use your hs555 account for any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that is unlawful or that may disadvantage the integrity of the Platform or its users. hs555 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity and will report any activity that appears to constitute a financial crime to the relevant authorities.

3.4 Technical Integrity. You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, VPNs used to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users. Such activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hs555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. hs555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (PKR). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on hs555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hs555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) hour of submission for JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) banking days depending on the receiving institution. hs555 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Identity Verification for Withdrawals. hs555 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including government-issued photo identification — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not an indication of any wrongdoing by the account holder.

4.6 Own Funds. Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be suspended pending review.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Final Authority. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game result, the records held in hs555's system shall be the final authority. hs555 maintains comprehensive transaction and game logs for all activity on the Platform.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Individual product sections of hs555 — cricket betting, sports betting, live casino and slots — each carry their own minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed in the relevant product interface. These limits may be altered by hs555 at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Void Bets. hs555 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, limits or game parameters. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the account holder's hs555 balance. What constitutes a manifest error is determined solely at the discretion of hs555.

5.4 Cricket and PSL Betting Specific Rules. For cricket betting markets including PSL franchise matches, Pakistan internationals and bilateral series, hs555 follows standard industry settlement rules. Markets will be settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or as applicable). Rain-interrupted matches will be settled on DLS method results where applicable.

5.5 Live Casino. All live casino games on hs555 are operated by third-party certified studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Live. These providers are independently licensed and certified. hs555 does not control the outcomes of live casino games; outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified systems.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by hs555 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each individual promotion. General bonus terms apply unless superseded by promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal may be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limits for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6.3 One Bonus Per Account. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per verified account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. hs555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and to refuse participation at its discretion.

6.4 Abuse. hs555 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or participation in a coordinated pattern designed to generate profit from promotions without genuine recreational play.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Platform Commitment. hs555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion to all account holders. These tools are accessible from within your hs555 account settings.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any user who believes their gaming is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days, up to permanent) by contacting hs555 support. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. hs555 will make reasonable commercial efforts to prevent excluded players from accessing the Platform.

7.3 18+ Enforcement. hs555 does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform. If hs555 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period where the user was under 18 will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on hs555 — including but not limited to the hs555 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software and data structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of hs555 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any hs555 intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any hs555 content without express prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. hs555 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or secure from all threats. Scheduled maintenance and emergency outages may occur. hs555 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hs555's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. hs555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Suspension & Termination

hs555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour is suspected; (c) chargebacks or payment disputes have been raised; (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it; or (e) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Upon termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method subject to completed identity verification.

11. Changes to These Terms

hs555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via account notification or the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which hs555 holds its operational licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the hs555 internal complaints process shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the applicable regulatory framework. You agree that any dispute shall be brought in the applicable jurisdiction and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction.
